Electron neutrinos are generated from unstable isotope O-15 by β+ decay and/or an electron capture (EC) process. And O-15 decay into N-15.

A : 15

Half-life : 2.037 minutes

Decay modes

Q-value ~ 2.754 MeV

Product : N-15 (Branching ratio : 100%)
