Electron neutrinos are generated from unstable isotope N-13 by β+ decay and/or an electron capture (EC) process. And N-13 decay into C-13.

A : 13

Half-life : 9.965 minutes

Decay modes

Q-value ~ 2.22 MeV

Product : C-13 (Branching ratio : 100%)
